ANCHOR Homeschool Membership Application

We are so excited you are ready to join us! Here are the steps to complete your application:

  1. Fill out the form below and click submit.
  2. Download, complete and notarize Waiver (notary available at our Registration event free of charge).
  3. Download and complete “Confidential Screening Form” for each adult (NEW members only – starting at $20.00 each, depending on which states you have lived in).
  4. Submit a copy of your Driver’s License along with all forms.
  5. Submit payment in full (ANCHOR $50/year) + (Co-op $10/child/term). Cash or check.
